Scientists Analyze Navy “UFO Patents” From Salvatore Pais

In recent years, the disclosure of patent applications by US Navy scientist Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais has caused a sensation in mainstream scientific publications as well as in circles that advocate full disclosure of secret programs. It’s about five patent applications filed since 2016 that deal with revolutionary inventions such as a “hybrid air and underwater vehicle” that is said to be capable of unprecedented maneuverability both in and out of the water and even in space – something very similar to what the pilots of the USS Nimitz also observed, the so-called Tic-Tac-UFO in 2004.

Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais is an American physicist, aerospace engineer, and inventor who works at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. Dr. Pais is likely to have been very well qualified for such military developments, having previously served with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) before moving to the US Navy’s strategic systems programs.

“UFO” patents would change modern science

Even the US Navy was skeptical at first and subjected the “UFO patents” to a long examination. E-mails available document a bureaucratic discourse between the US Navy and Pais, at the end of which part of the scientist’s “wild technology” is labeled as functional. Another indication that there is more to his inventions than previous physics understands can be found in an article on the fusion reactor published by the “Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Transactions on Plasma Science” in its November 2019 issue.

Dr. Pais “Inertial mass reduction device” is one of his most extraordinary patents. This technology proposes the manipulation of quantum field fluctuations, which could reduce the inertial and gravitational mass of a vehicle so that it can travel at previously unknown speeds. The reason why the speed of light is something of a universal speed limit is that the mass increases to infinity when you reach it, but then takes an infinite amount of energy to move further. The ability to reduce mass could have an incredible impact on the future of space travel. Only a travel speed faster than light would allow humanity to move outside of the solar system.

His high-temperature superconductor patent would, much like a fusion device, revolutionize global energy systems. Superconductors have no electrical resistance, which means that electricity can be transmitted over unlimited distances with no loss of energy. That could mean a significant reduction in energy costs, but making a superconductor even as warm as room temperature is a tedious problem. However other scientists have already presented research on room temperature superconductors, proven that it could work.

The high frequency gravitational wave generator patent claims that the electromagnetic fields created by the “Pais effect” could be crossed to create gravitational waves on which a spaceship could move towards its destination. Such waves could also be used to deflect asteroids more efficiently or to communicate through solid objects.

Any of these “UFO” patents would change modern science and society. However, it might be too early to bring out the champagne bottles. While Dr. Pais has spoken confidently about his work in the past, other scientists are skeptical. A three-year study with a funding of $ 508,000 found no evidence of the Pais effect.
Researchers are still looking more deeply into the patents, but sofar couldn’t prove nor disprove the theories.

When asked if Dr. Pais could comment on his patents or his research in general, he wrote this:

“The fact that my work on the design of a Compact Fusion Reactor was accepted for publication in such a prestigious journal as IEEE TPS, should speak volumes as to its importance and credibility – and should eliminate (or at least alleviate) all misconceptions you (or any other person) may have in regard to the veracity (or possibility) of my advanced physics concepts.

Mr. Tingley, do realize that my work culminates in the enablement of the Pais Effect (original physical concept). The Pais Effect comprises the generation of extremely high electromagnetic energy fluxes (and hence high local energy densities) generated by controlled motion of electrically charged matter (from solid to plasma states) subjected to accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin, via rapid acceleration transients.

Such high energy EM radiation can locally interact with the Vacuum Energy State (VES) – the VES being the Fifth State of Matter (Fifth Essence – Quintessence), in other words the fundamental structure (foundational framework), from which Everything else (Spacetime included) in our Quantum Reality, emerges.

The Engineering of the Pais Effect can give rise to the Enablement of Macroscopic Quantum Coherence, which if you have closely been following my work, you understand the importance of.

I must stress that all this work (patents, patent applications and technical papers) was conducted as a NAVAIR/ NAWCAD employee, and that my current position with Navy SSP has absolutely no bearing or in any way, shape or form has anything to do with this advanced physics work.
